Theme Fiend (Support) — Support

If you have questions about our themes or you're running into issues after installing one of our themes, please submit a ticket about your issue.

(Note: We do not provide support for our free themes. Support tickets for our free themes will be ignored/deleted. Please only submit a ticket if you have a question about or an issue with one of our paid themes.)

Support Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to your ticket. Before submitting a ticket, make sure to first check out our Theme Instructions page (http://themefiend.com/THEME_INSTRUCTIONS.html) for installation or configuration help.

For technical issues, make sure to provide the following info to speed up the resolution of the issue:

Order Number

Big Cartel Shop URL (ex. yourshop.bigcartel.com)
Big Cartel Shop Password

Name of Theme Used (ex. Vanity)

(If your issue involves Theme Fiend Lab, or uploading of slideshow images)

Theme Fiend Lab Username
Theme Fiend Lab Password

When providing password information, make sure to submit a private ticket, or private comment on a ticket, in order to keep your login info safe.
